Royal Windsor Racecourse’s famed Monday Night Racing series is BACK from Monday 5th June and sees the return of some of our most popular themes, as well as some exciting brand-new ones lined up for summer 2023!
A sure way to get your week off to a great start; enjoy all of the action on track whilst soaking up the summer evening sunshine before heading to the Paddock Lawn, where popular artists and tribute acts will take to the stage for open-air performances. Acoustic & Prosecco Racenight – Mon 5 June
We’re kicking Monday Night Racing off with an evening of unplugged acoustic music! Enjoy the relaxed sounds of a mix of acoustic bands as they roam around the racecourse throughout the afternoon and evening, welcoming you back to the home of Monday Night Racing.
Join us for a summer evening of action-packed racing and relaxing live music as we kickstart Monday Nights!
Irish Night ft. The Wild Murphy’s – Mon 12 June
The ever-popular Irish Night returns for an evening of competitive racing and a celebration of all things Irish – expect lots of Guinness, Irish food, line dancers and plenty of craic!
For the second year in a row, our special guests The Wild Murphy’s will join us for an unmissable high-energy performance after racing! If your taste in music lies on the lively side of Irish, The Pogues, The Dubliners and even the odd Foster and Allan now and again, then this is the group for you! Middi and his raggle taggle misfits will end the evening on a high, playing some of the greatest Irish classics in their own inimitable style.
Imagine the fun of a St Patricks day celebration but on a lovely June evening.
‘90s Racenight ft. Oasish – Monday 19 June
We’re throwing it back to the ’90s! Our ’90s Racenight was so popular in 2022, we are bringing it back for this season, this time with a Britpop twist! Pull on your favourite ’90s accessories (that we know you still have), and head to the racecourse to enjoy all the action on track followed by a huge performance from tribute band Oasish, as they recreate that big Oasis sound and get your feet moving!

‘00s Racenight ft. DJ Spoony – Monday 26 June
We’re taking you on a journey through the decades this year! A new theme for 2023, our ’00s Racenight is sure to be a crowd pleaser. The Hackney-born DJ, broadcaster, artist and producer - DJ Spoony - will be bringing you the best of the noughties and UK garage this June. Famed for giving a new lease of life to the garage scene’s most iconic and legendary songs, DJ Spoony’s set will bring high energy and big tunes to the Lawn on ’00s night!
In the words of DJ Spoony himself: “Garage has an undeniable energy, and if you go in with an open mind and open ears, you can’t help dancing.”
Jazz & Funk Racenight ft. Jam Hot – Mon 3 July
For the final leg of our three-day July Racing Festival and as the summer season gets into full swing, get ready for an action-packed evening and enjoy everything that Royal Windsor Racecourse has to offer; action-packed racing, refreshing drinks, tasty treats and a lively atmosphere. As the sun starts to set, we will be joined by the exciting international show band, Jam Hot, who will be bringing the best of Jazz, Funk and Soul music to the lawn, reenacting the famous sounds of Motown’s greats, Stevie Wonder, Chic, Sister Sledge, Lionel Richie and more!
Jazz & Funk promises to be an immersive experience, with a high-octane performance creating an electric party atmosphere to round off a great evening at the races.
Rum & Reggae ft. Marley Revival – Mon 17 July
A firm favourite in Royal Windsor’s calendar, Rum & Reggae is BACK and better than ever this season! It's time to make the racecourse even more colourful with the slickest selection of Reggae sounds. Tickle your taste buds with traditional Jamaican food, refreshing rum cocktails and a fantastic LIVE performance as the UK's No1 Bob Marley Tribute band Marley Revival returns to grace the Lawn to transport us to the Caribbean through sound and get your body moving!
Giving you all the Hits Classics & Sing along's Like One Love, Three Little Birds, No Woman no Cry, Iron Lion Zion, I shot the sheriff, Get up Stand up and many many more.
Vegas Racenight ft. Rat Pack Live – Mon 24 July
We’re whisking you away to sin city this Monday…
Enjoy all the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas as we bring the city that never sleeps to the racecourse this summer! Expect a fantastic atmosphere, casino games, competitive racing and a world-class Rat Pack performance - the perfect recipe to kickstart your week.
Rat Pack Live will be bringing all the patter and razzamatazz of the Rat Pack trio - Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr - after racing this Monday night, reviving the all-time Rat Pack favourites, with renditions of New York, New York, That’s Amore, My Way, Mr Bojangles and That’s Life.

Rocketman at the Races ft. Ultimate Elton – Mon 7 August
Rock at the Races is one of the most established events here at Royal Windsor Racecourse – but this year we’re giving the theme a refresh! Are you ready for an action-packed card of racing followed by the ‘ultimate’ performance on the Paddock Lawn?
Expect an uncannily accurate reproduction of the classic live shows of one of pop music’s most successful and best-loved artists as we bring Ultimate Elton and The Rocket Band to liven up the lawn after racing this summer!

Soul & Motown ft. Magic of Motown – Mon 14 August
Soul & Motown Racenight is back for 2023 for the Monday Night musical finale!
Soak up the British summertime with a glass of something refreshing watching the horses race by, before the night sweeps in and the stage comes alive. Be transported to the golden age of the 60s and 70s and celebrate the sound of a generation with Magic of Motown.
You will be going Loco down in Acapulco as we take you back down memory lane with all the Motown classics from artists such as, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, The Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson, and many, many more.
Join us for some dance-floor jivin’ on the Paddock Lawn on Monday 14th August as Monday Night Racing draws to a close!
