TRAVEL
This will be a busy event so please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse. To ensure a smooth arrival for all of our guests we have opened the gates earlier than normal. A small funfair, food concessions and bars will be open from gates opening time to keep you satisfied before the racing begins.
The racecourse is easily accessed by road, river and rail. There is more detailed travel information here but please check local timetables and taxi services before departing.

If you are looking to arrive in style with the French Brothers River Boat taxi service from Windsor Town Centre directly to the racecourse, please visit their site directly to make any enquiries: www.frenchbrothers.co.uk
PARKING
Parking is free on site will be provided on a first come first served basis. Please inform the stewards on arrival if you require accessible car parking.
Please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse as we are expecting a good-sized crowd for this fixture and there may be queues on arrival and departure of the racecourse.
WEATHER
Dress for the weather! This is an outdoor event so check the local weather forecast so you can prepare accordingly for your day at the races. Due to recent levels of rain, the Silver Ring Lawn in particular is wet underfoot and wellies may be required.
FOOD & DRINK
A range of bars and food outlets are available serving tasty food and refreshing drinks. Various concessions will have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan food options available across the racecourse.
SECURITY
We take security and safety very seriously. There will be a strong security presence and you will be subject to a bag search on arrival.
Please be patient and limit the bags you bring. We ask all visitors not to leave bags unattended and to report anything suspicious to a member of staff.
Finally, have fun! Bring a smile, enjoy the races, celebrate the King’s coronation in ‘Royal’ style and hopefully pick some winners!
