Exciting Family Fun Days Await at Royal Windsor Racecourse
Families near Royal Windsor Racecourse have not one, but two Family Fun Days to look forward to this May. These two occasions promise to have thrilling racing as well as fun activities to do with the kids. Remember, both our Family Fun Days are a free day out for the kids!
Superhero Family Fun Day – Monday 5th May
On Bank Holiday Monday, 5th May, the brand-new Superhero Family Fun Day arrives at Windsor Racecourse! All entertainment is FREE where kids can meet their favourite superheroes, dress up like them and learn how to pose and save the day like a Superhero. There will be a Best Dressed Superhero competition - where mini heroes can compete to be the best. If that is not enough, there will be face painting, bouncy castles, a pony race and a giant 300ft inflatable obstacle course - the largest in the UK! You don't want to miss this SUPER day out with the kids.
Spring Bank Holiday Family Fun Day – Monday 26th May
Later in the month, on Spring Bank Holiday, Monday 26th May, our second Family Fun Day lands at Windsor Racecourse. Families can enjoy a jam-packed day of entertainment, fun activities and unforgettable moments. One of the highlights of the day is the thrilling Shetland Pony Grand National, where miniature ponies race at full speed. There will also be Mini Land Rovers, face-painting, a penalty shoot-out challenge and an incredible Birds of Prey display. Adding to the feel-good atmosphere, the Rock Choir will be performing live too! With all this, alongside top-class racing, Windsor Family Fun Day is set to be the ultimate day out!
Autism in Racing
Royal Windsor Racecourse are also delighted to be welcoming Autism in Racing for the first time to both Family Fun Days. Tickets are complimentary and restricted to two Adult tickets per booking via their website. A Sensory Space/Quiet Room will be available for use on site, with trained specialists who understand when things get a little too loud, crowded or over-stimulating.
