For those who have purchased two-day and three-day passes for the inaugural Berkshire Winter Million, in partnership with Ascot Racecourse, here is your essential guide to the Friday and Sunday hosted at Windsor.
Multi-Day Tickets:
If you purchased a two-day or three-day pass, you will receive an email with your e-ticket from either Windsor or Ascot, depending on where you purchased your package. The QR code on the e-ticket will be valid for entry to all days associated with your package. Tickets can be scanned from mobile devices (mobile phones & tablets), or in paper format if you wish to print your tickets.
If you have booked through Windsor Racecourse, you will receive your ticket(s) no earlier than 48 hours before the fixture you are due to attend. If you have booked through Ascot Racecourse you will receive your tickets via email the week of the raceday. If you’ve booked your tickets within 48 hours of the fixture, these will be sent by the morning of the fixture you’ve booked.

Frequently Asked Questions
How to Get to Royal Windsor Racecourse & Parking:
The racecourse is located just 1.5 miles from Windsor Town Centre and is easily accessible via car, rail and boat.
If travelling via car, the racecourse is well signposted from junction 6 on the M4 and junction 3 on the M3. If using sat-nav please use the postcode SL4 5EZ. We have ample free parking on site on the Balloon Meadow, located to the left of the main driveway.
For those travelling by rail, Windsor has two stations; Windsor & Eton Central (operated by GWR from Slough) and Windsor & Eton Riverside (SWR from Waterloo). We have two local stations which run on the Elizabeth Line; Slough and Maidenhead.
Alternatively, you can travel in style with French Brothers river boat taxi service from Windsor Town Centre directly to the racecourse. Please visit www.frenchbrothers.co.uk to book and for further details.
Food & Drink:
A variety of food and drink options will be available on both Friday and Sunday at Royal Windsor Racecourse. For those with dietaries; a range of vegetarian and vegan food options will be available across the racecourse. Please be aware that no food, drink or picnics can be brought into the racecourse except in the case of a severe food allergy, in which we ask you to contact us directly to arrange bringing in your own food.
Please note, bars and outlets will close half an hour after the last race.
Entertainment:
A variety of entertainment will be on offer at Windsor across two days, with live music from Dan Blackmore and the Rock Choir on Friday, and family countryside-themed entertainment on Sunday with the Birds of Prey, Quack Pack, Kid’s Crafts Corner, Winter Shopping Village and Fat Cat Brass Band all to be enjoyed.
Security:
We take security and safety very seriously. There will be a strong security presence and you will be subject to a bag search on arrival.
We ask all visitors not to leave bags unattended and to report anything suspicious to a member of staff.
Payments:
Please remember, the majority of food outlets and bars are card only. There are no cash machines on site so please bear this in mind.
Dogs:
With the exception of Assistance Dogs, dogs are not permitted to enter the racecourse. In the interests of animal welfare, no dogs are permitted to be left in cars and we politely request that all dogs are left at home.
