Travel
This will be an extremely busy event so please allow extra time to travel to and from the racecourse. Due to limited parking on soft grass standing, we advise people to car share where possible, and make use of the public transport and taxis, or walk if you can. Public transport information can be found here, and we recommend organising your journey in advance.
For transport from Windsor Town Centre to the racecourse we recommend either taking the scenic route by boat, operated by French Brothers from outside Browns in Windsor, or book a taxi.
For those who have booked the Royal River Package, and for those looking to use the French Brothers option, the timetable is as follows:

First: 4:50pm
Last: 6:10pm
From Windsor Racecourse (Departing every 10 minutes):
First: 7pm
Last: 8:15pm

Head to the Silver Ring Lawn for the ultimate fun fair. The fun fair will accept cash and card. Please note, there is no cash point on site. There will also be roaming stilt walkers, LED glow bots and disco heads.
Then for the main event, head to the grandstand for the unmissable firework display from 6:30pm.

Weather
Whilst the weather is looking positive and dry, we advise attendees to check the weather forecast ahead of time and dress accordingly. Wrap up against the winter chill and come prepared.
Food & Drink
A range of bars and food outlets are available serving tasting bonfire night snacks and drinks. A range of vegetarian and vegan food options will be available across the racecourse. Please be aware that no food, drink or picnics can be brought into the racecourse except in the case of a severe food allergy, in which we ask you to contact us directly to arrange bringing in your own food.
Security
We take security and safety very seriously. There will be a strong security presence and you will be subject to a bag search on arrival.
We ask all visitors not to leave bags unattended and to report anything suspicious to a member of staff.
